This means that while we utilize proven therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we also provide a space to explore how your faith can be a source of strength, hope, and healing. This integration may incorporate Scripture, Biblical themes, for faith as a coping mechanism for growth and change.
